Sistech is an European non-profit founded in 2017 by Joséphine Goube to support uprooted
& displaced women access qualified and sustainable tech & digital job opportunities

In 2018, Joséphine Goube, co-founder and former CEO of Techfugees, launched the #TF4Women Fellowship, an innovative inclusion programme, co-designed with refugee women in order to accelerate their professional inclusion into tech & digital jobs.

Led initially by a team of 3 people, the initial pilot has grown into fully fledged programmes delivered by a team of 12, providing weekly mentoring, certified training and networking activities across France, Italy and Greece.

the new Sistech organization is looking forward to serving more than 500 women by 2024 using all the learnings from the programmes run in the last 4 years!

If the first ever pilot was only concerned with designing a programme meeting the needs of the talented refugee women, since then, the programmes have been able to connect them with pioneer companies of all sizes, conscious of the power of diversity like Orange, Cisco, Artefact, Leetchi-MangoPay or TechEdge.
