Co-designed with women who want to join the digital & tech sectors, Sistech’s programmes prepare and connect them with professional opportunities.
Through weekly, online sessions with professionals, the Fellows enrich their practical knowledge, understand the local job market better, and design the next step in their career. More importantly, they join a community of displaced women and tech volunteers committed to accelerating their economic inclusion. The community empowers them with knowledge and tools, so Fellows can make their own career choices!
The Fellowship is a set of three, successive programmes that accelerate the inclusion of refugee women in tech & digital jobs! Programmes can also be joined independently, based on each woman’s need.
Pathway
Pathway is a career orientation programme. Fellows develop basic digital skills, learn about the local job market realities and expectations, and identify professional opportunities in the tech & digital sector.
Springboard
Springboard is a technical training course. Fellows build a personalised professional project. They train for a tech or digital role of their choice, such as web development, data analysis, cybersecurity, digital marketing,UX/UI design, digital project or product management, and other jobs.
Boost
Boost is a mentoring & networking programme. Fellows grow a professional network, understand their local tech & digital job market. They also create critical job search tools, such as a CV, LinkedIn profile, and more.
