At Sistech, we are committed to transparency and accountability in everything we do. As a non-profit organisation working across Europe to support refugee women’s access to sustainable employment, we believe our partners, donors, and the public deserve clear and regular insight into how our funds are used.

HOW WE USE OUR FUNDS
Each year we do our best to ensure that:
At least 90% of our expenses go directly to programmatic activities.
Administrative costs are kept around 10% (accounting, office rent, auditors, bank fees, etc.)
All donations are used in alignment with our mission to empower refugee women through training, mentoring, and job access in the tech and digital sectors.
Our accounts are audited each year by an certified independent auditor (Commissaire aux Comptes) and reviewed by our Board of Directors & Administrators.
Sistech holds official tax-exempt charity status. Your contribution is eligible for tax deductions within the parameters of U.S., German, French, Italian, Greek, and Swiss laws. To qualify for a tax deduction based on your donation, kindly retain your email donation receipt as the official record. We will promptly send it to you once we have received your donation.
