Arianna is our Admin and Finance Assistant, bringing a "logistics brain" and a mix of experiences—from mechanical engineering and marketing, to coordinating climate change podcasts and working in an ethical food startup. After a few years in operations for an education consultancy and volunteering in the migration sector in Greece, she’s excited to help Sistech create more inclusive spaces for refugee women. A British-Greek national who has even translated a book on yoga, Arianna spends her free time dabbling in drama lessons or out on her bike.

Leïla Dossat
After spending two years managing programmes for Sistech in France, Leïla is now the organisation’s Programmes Coordinator. She designs, implements and harmonises Sistech’s programmes across our three countries of operation. She is committed to advancing education in emergency contexts, with the goal of making our societies more inclusive and fair. With a background in Development Studies, she has always worked to support the unique needs of displaced women and encourage their empowerment.
Eftychia Filippou is our Partnerships Officer for Greece. Drawing from extensive experience in partnership-building and project management across sectors, she brings a well-rounded approach to collaboration and innovation. Prior to joining Sistech, she managed corporate partnerships, career & mentoring programmes. She held various roles in the UK supporting community outreach, social impact, and educational development. Eftychia is committed to expanding opportunities for refugee women in tech, empowering and driving lasting change through inspiring partnerships that unite local market needs with a diverse and resilient workforce.
As a Programmes Manager, Spyridoula Spyridon is leading programmes that support refugee and migrant women through digital skills, career development, and community-based learning. She has nearly a decade of experience in the nonprofit and humanitarian sectors, with a focus on programme design, psychosocial support, community development, and inclusive learning environments. She is also a PhD candidate at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, researching artificial intelligence in biomedicine through a Science and Technology Studies perspective, with particular interests in expertise, accountability, safety, and institutional trust.
Kiriaki Dardagani, our Data & Impact Officer, has in-depth experience designing and delivering programmes for refugees and asylum seekers in Greece. With a Bachelor's in Social Policy & Administration, and training in data management and MEAL, she focuses on increasing diversity in tech and creating sustainable employment pathways for women. At Sistech, she owns our data systems and impact measurement infrastructure. She drives the integration of AI into our programmes and workflows, and connects programmes, operations, partnerships and technology to support evidence-based growth.
Liuba Lysenko is a Programmes Manager based in Italy. After studying law in Ukraine, she worked as a project manager for several regional governments. She specialised in the successful implementation of welfare programmes, strategic development of the territory, and public events. She has extensive experience implementing cross-sector projects among local residents and public institutions, with a focus on delivering impact and creating opportunities. Through her work as Sistech she hopes to empower refugee women, and create the right conditions for their access to highly qualified tech jobs.
Helay Rahim is our Partnerships Officer for France. With a background in human rights and international governance, she has worked extensively on education-focused humanitarian programmes, particularly supporting vulnerable and displaced populations. Prior to joining Sistech, she co-founded Hila Initiative and led projects aimed at building strategic partnerships, designing innovative educational programmes, and advocating for the empowerment of displaced women. Fluent in six languages, Helay is passionate about creating inclusive pathways for women to access education and professional opportunities.
Larissa is passionate about bringing people together and finding human connection in unexpected spaces. She moved to Paris from the west coast of Canada in 2022. Her experience has been centred around community building and resiliency efforts for at-risk and vulnerable populations. As a Programmes Manager she uses her skill set to uplift the fascinating women Sistech has the privilege of working with.
Joseph Bamat grew up in Ecuador, the United States and Brazil. He studied in New York City and Barcelona, and worked as a reporter in Paris for more than 10 years. Before joining Sistech as our Communications Manager, he led public relations efforts for the City of Philadelphia's Office of Homeless Services. He uses his experience and skills to connect Sistech with more Fellows, partners and donors.
Silvia Gallitto joined Sistech in 2022 as COO, was promoted to Deputy CEO in 2024, and became CEO in 2026. She brings more than 15 years of experience across startups, tech, and international environments, with a focus on innovation and sustainable, organisational growth. An alumna of the Vital Voices Visionaries Fellowship, she is recognised as a systems-level leader operating at the forefront of technology and social impact. As CEO, she is shaping Sistech into a force for change in European labour markets, advancing its mission to deliver qualified, sustainable employment pathways for uprooted and displaced women at scale.
Alessia Bercè is our Partnerships Officer for Italy. She serves as the main liaison between companies and Sistech across the country. With a background in international relations and cooperation, she brings valuable experience from corporate fundraising within an Italian non-profit. Alessia is dedicated to promoting Sistech's values and ensuring a positive impact through her role. She is ready to work alongside refugee women to help them decide their own futures and empower them to achieve their goals.
Bianca Bisarra is a multilingual Project Manager with an educational and professional background gained in Italy and abroad (China, France and Spain). After graduating in Chinese Language and Culture, she specialised in Agile Project Management with a focus on the Scrum framework. She has many years of experience managing complex, multi-sectoral, national and international projects within medium-large companies and startups. As a Programmes Manager with Sistech she found a great opportunity to combine her expertise with education, technology and social impact.
With over a decade of non-profit experience, Seema Besancon is our Chief Operating Officer. A systems thinker, Seema has spent years helping organisations build stronger operational foundations and smarter fundraising strategies in data-driven environments. Her career also spans publishing and events management across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. With a background in Communications and Business Administration, she's always worked to ensure women have access to education and resources that open professional doors. Originally from Malaysia, she now calls France home.
Christianna Vaso is our Digital Content Coordinator. With a background in Foreign Languages, Cultural Management and Communications, she has been supporting asylum seekers and refugees in Greece since 2017. Her career spans work within non-governmental and international organisations, and she brings expertise in digital communications, social media, and event planning. She joined Sistech with a commitment to reshape narratives, raise awareness, and advocate for uprooted and displaced women.
Claire Berard has been working in the fields of gender equality, as well as social and professional inclusion for the past ten years. With a background in Internal Relations and Social Entrepreneurship, she has gained experience in administration, accounting, programme management and fundraising through diverse roles. Her career spans work within foundations, socially responsible companies and the public sector. Besides her role as Administrative and Finance Officer at Sistech, she is also a yoga instructor and an organic farmer.
Marie-Cécile is a Programmes Manager at Sistech. A former teacher turned tech-enthusiast, she has a track record of successfully managing programmes in the non-profit sector. While AI and data analysis are her areas of expertise, her real professional superpower is demystifying complex technology to make it accessible to everyone. A committed activist, she is dedicated to empowering women through digital skills, helping them secure meaningful career advancement and the recognition they deserve.
